We are Level 1 Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) Compliant as we are using Business Catalyst services. Business Catalyst take security very seriously and as such they have invested significant effort in making sure Business Catalyst is PCI compliant. They have implemented a large variety of security mechanisms, such as AAA (Authentication, Authorization, and Access Control), attack detection and annihilation mechanisms, encryption of sensitive data, firewalls, anti-virus, etc. All cardholder data specific mechanisms, environments, policies, procedures, etc. have been audited for security compliance by an accredited 3rd party investigator. Moreover, the Business Catalyst code and environments are regularly tested for security holes both manually and using various 3rd party penetration software. A multitude of security standards are considered and followed.

RETURN POLICY

If you receive items from us that differs from what you have ordered, then you must notify us as soon as possible by sending email to support@natss.net.au.

If you find that your items are faulty or damaged on arrival, then you are entitled to a repair, replacement or a refund. Please note that for some goods it may be disproportionately costly to repair, and so where this is the case, then we will give you a replacement or a refund.
